Deborah is a director and co-owner of Peak Performance International.
She has more than 15 years experience as a trainer, training manager and change management consultant. She was previously national training manager for Oracle (NZ), and has a BA and Higher Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Town.
At Peak Performance, Deborah is responsible for developing and delivering world-class training and coaching interventions that achieve business results. Her key strengths include:
